Custom House Plans

Drafting services charges for custom house plans start $0.75/ SQ FT based off of living area of the house. Basement development charges are $0.30/ SOFT if done at same time.

Basement Development

Drafting services for either basement development or secondary legal suites starting at $0.50/ SQFT.

Deck Construction Drawings

Drafting services for deck construction drawings for permit use start at $150.00 for simple non-covered decks.

Commercial Plans

Drafting services charges for commercial projects will be determined on a project by project basis depending on size and complexity of work.

Terms of Pricing and Payment

All custom home plans will require a 50% deposit before work commencing and remaining balance must be paid before drawings are issued for permitting.

Spec home plan pricing is $500.00 + G.S.T. if no changes are required or requested. If changes are required or requested minimum cost is $750.00 + G.S.T.
