Our goal is a simple one, make sure you're completely happy and excited about your new home.
Building a home is a massive ordeal and it is our motivation to ensure that not only are you happy with your house but to avoid any buyers remorse once done.
One of the main reasons that put us above our competition is that New Day Drafting was started by a NAIT Graduate with honours offering customers work done with a greater knowledge of drafting standards and practices, Alberta Building Code, and practical knowledge from having worked in the trades as well.

We offer multiple residential drafting services range from designing custom homes for someone looking to building their dream house, spec homes for builders, along with designing multi-family homes ranging from duplexes to four-plex townhouses.
As well as fast turn around period for volume builder and spec home builders.
Additionally, drafting services for legal basement suites and garden suites* is also available for new construction and renovations.
Lastly, we offer measure up services for all kinds and deck design services make sure they meet all requirements laid out by the municipality.
